Why the machine have very loud noise during ice making process?

After prolonged use, scale will accumulate inside the machine, causing the ice engine to freeze and produce abnormal noise. Follow the instructions to run a cleaning process using descaling powder.

Why the machine does not making ice or ice capacity is very low ?

Ensure sufficient space around the machine's vents for heat dissipation. High internal temperatures can impact the ice making capacity.
